My first instinct is to say "less", but that would be fecitious. First and foremost, eliminate any high starchey and sugary carbs from your diet, even high sugar sports drinks. Add lean protein. Fibrous carbs are of extreme importance.
-------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.

There is no magic food that makes you gain or lose. It is the amount of foods you eat per day (calories) the ration of carbs vs protein eaten or a REGULAR basis, lifestyle and exercise that will determine your final outcome. And loose skin comes from genetics, age, and chronic nutrition over the years. Pumping iron can help by inflating the muscle under the skin thus filling it out more but you have to be realistic with the age thing and if you have lost a big amount of weight. Again it is the overal picture. Eat good healthy foods in small portions daily. Count those calories, watch the carb protein ration and exercise. This could take months to years to see the final result. And you can't stop father time.
