Hi, ive been eating very very well the past couple weeks and maybe its just wishful thinking but i seem to be making HUGE progress. To me it seems like ive been gaining mass and losing some fat (PERFECT)! My question is i can eat great throughout the day with lots of protein and a good % of carbs and such but at night im always in a bind and im not sure what to prepare myself for that last meal. Past couple nights ive had spinach salad with shrimp. As far as i know this is probbaly a great late night snack! any other good snacks before bed? Ive already got cottage cheese on my mind! Im gonna start taking in some of this before bed as well.

Spinach salad with shrimp is indeed a great late night/pre bed food. Some oily dressing on it would be ideal, especially if mass gains are your goal.
Just about any lean protein source, fibrous veggie if you desire, or cottage cheese will work well.
I have a variety of things, ironically spinach salad is one of them.

Your sleeping, kinda hard to eat while sleeping, so the slower digesting cottage cheese stays with you longer.:)
