I'm trying to gain weight and I was told that I should eat more along side with weight training. Do you guys think that there are still foods that I should not eat? like fried foods etc.
I was wondering the same thing. I have been lifting for about 3 weeks now and I'm eating 6 times a day. Usually before and after weights. I have noticed a bit of gain but not as much as I expected. I guess I'm what you call a hard gainer!
