Well I am not a veggie, but one slice of wheat bread has just 2.5 grams of protein. Usually beans and other such veggies can be used. Soy protein is also used by many.

One cup of lima beans has 10 grams of proetin
One cup of chili beans has 14 grams etc. it can be done

So having beans as break fast with milk would do.

Thanks a lot.

I guess the same way I should plan my dinner too which is also high in carbs. Do you think a salad with some fruits would work? What abt baegals?

You need to research it a bit but what I think is that beans for each meal will get down right nasty. You need to find other sources. Do you eat eggs, cheese? etc or are you totaly just a plant and veggatable vegan?

OK so you eat cheese and milk and beans...ok now we got something to work with. My suggestion is to get skim milk, either reduced fat or fat free cheese, nuts, green leafy veggies,(spinach, leeks,) beans, lentils, lima, kidney etc. and bulid fromthat

if u eat rice...choose the varieties with the outer shell....there are many kinds....brown, black, wild, etc...

I suggest you try buckwheat, can cook it in the ricecooker and it's pretty good...

With breads go for whole 100% rye/wheat

I would cut down on fruits...or try to have them after a workout with some protein....

i suggest u get whey protein and drink protein shakes to supplement ur protein intake...it's the high rated, complete protien source...and its made from dairy so u can eat it...

that will not have any protein in that meal- I would find a source of protein to add. I also think that oatmeal will be much better but get another opinion on that
