Was just reading an article in some muscle mag. about a bunch of girl buds doing leg work in an old new-york basement
gym. In the middle of the article was this quote:
"getting a good work out is much more than just focus, its doing what we do because we want to to it, and we want to be here, and we dont care what anyone else thinks about it."
This is also me, and why I do it.

I like that one.

Why I do it? Because I'll get too tired, lazy and frustrated if I don't.
People always ask me "but if you stop one day?" but how can I? I've been extremely active ever since I could walk, it's a part of me so how should I be able to throw that one away?

When I don't have a gym, I run (I've been running on all vacations!! ;o)

It's not for anybody else than me........ (but I don't think that my friends or family would be able to support me if I stopped!! lol)
