I have been doing tae kwon do for 3 years and have been fairly successful in competition but I keep tearing the mussels on my inner thigh (adductor I think it’s called) Plus I find it difficult to improve my flexibility. Any advice?

Do you do a lot of stretching in tae kwon do? I know we did a lot of stretching in Karate.

Stretch after cLASS, WHEN YOU ARE WARM. tHINK ABOUT ADDING A YOGA CLASS (SOME MEN REALLY DO YOGA) OR LOOK FOR A TRAINER WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH aCTIVE iNTEGRATED sTRETCHING. mAN, i HIT THE DARN CAPS LOCK AGAIN. sORRY.
I wonder, also , if you have an imbalance of strength between your inner and outer thigh, outer is used so much more for kicking and moving, you could try doing some stregthening work when you are fully healed from your most recent injury.
