Ok i see everywhere in some of you guys diets and bodybuildings having Flax seed oil or something along them lines which im assuming is essential fatty acids... anyway what is the whole point of all this taking it? am i answering my own question by saying its to train your brain?? or nervous system to help repair your body..???
and next question how much of this should you be taking?? what the main point to it all completly... thnx all :)

i have a LOW platelet count according to the doctor, its right on the mark i think it was 100 to 450 or something cells for platelet count?? and i had something like 110 or so.. anyway would flax seed help that?? how much swhould one be taking a day?
