Is it normal to do more weight in decline, and incline than flat bench. I can do about 25 more pounds in decline and incline than flat bench. Is this normal? I though flat bench is where your chest is the strongest. By the way I just started working out 6 months ago 4 times a week......

decline actually recruits the most muscle fibers. there by is actually better body building wise, than flat. Incline is good as well cause it hitts the uper chest, which is the area decline doesn't hit well.

Most folks are normally weakest in inclines. It is normal to be much stronger in declines, then flat bench. Do not neglect any of them though, and switch up your starting exercise periodically, this will help even things out a bit, not to mention the entire chest area. Too many bodybuilders lack in upper chest developement focusing so much on flat bench.
