or go to a foot doctor and they can prescribe arch supports that your foot will actually conform too. they go in your shoe and are set up to adjust arch. good luck

anyone got advice on how i can build up arches on my stupid flat feet. They are pissing meoff bigtime and I need to run faster on the soccer pitch.

lay a broom stick down and roll your feet over it. Also look into some sports medicine sites for stretches. dropped arches are common for endurance runners.

good expensive shoes and insoles are about all your gonna be able to do. If they have "Fallen" meaning they once had an arch....then I think surgery could help you out. If its a been born with thing....you can't change bone structure....I have flat feet.
Just have good thick soles....
However theres more to speed than feet.
Stride length x frequency = speed
Devolop function muscle....don't train for mass. Keep body weight down. After all put a V8 in a honda size car...you have a fast car, but put the same V8 in a heavier car....not as fast.

with the proper stretches and support in your shoes though, you can make a difference. If it's a major issue, find a good doc in your area.

strtching makes muscles and more elactic and stretchy..how that help your foot? Its all bone..theres liek 15bones inthe foot....not much muscle ....just ligaments
