Ok. This may be a strange question. But, when I started my new healthy lifestyle, I had a lot of "firm fat" all over my body. I've lost a lot of inches, but on my inner thighs, hips, and back of arms, what was once "firm fat" is now floppy/flabby loose fat (GROSS!). It's not just loose skin, there is fat in there too. I heard somewhere (maybe here on another post!) that flabby fat is a sign that it's on it's way out. Is there any truth to this? I've been working very hard, and feel like I currently look "gooshier" than I did before I started! Thanks!

Thanks Amy. I needed that. I stood in front of the mirror last night jiggling some of that nasty fat yelling to my poor husband "Look at this! Just look at this!" I'm sure it was quite a turn on for him! ha ha.
