At my excercise page/log, it says Set#, then in succeeding order 1, 2, 3, 4. I realize that I would log the number of reps into the appropriate box, but would I do all four 'sets' (1,2,3,4)? I don't quite understand how I should be reading this page, I guess. Any help would be appreciated.
