So speaking of general fitness, does anyone use or recommend any apps on their phones or smart watches they use at the gym?
I currently use FitNotes. It's pretty basic but it's free and for me it's seems okay.
It allows you to create your workout on your phone or smart device and it breaks it down my body muscle, chest, back ect. It has a built in list of exercises for each muscle but if it doesn't have exactly what you are doing you can create an exercise and assign it to a muscle.
It keeps a calendar history of when you lifted each exercise reps/weight and also gives an estimated 1 rep max of any exercise you have history for. I can't speak to how accurate the 1 rep max is becuase I've never maxed out to see.
Anyone else use FitNotes or something different...better?
