i have a little bit of fat on my chest and my stomach can anyone tell how to get rid of it as qiuckly as i can, it not major fatness its just a minor problem, i do all sorts of sports each week and still does not go down can anyone help am thinking of concentrating on skipping to lose fatness. i weight around 11 stones i wanna keep my weight how it is but make my shape more standable. i have strong legs becasue of playing soccer and running and cycling?
You will have to look into your diet. Spot reduction is not possible, but you can reduce fat by increasing cardio training/weight training and watching your diet. good luck
