I did my first ft workout. I have to say that I was a little leary about doing it. I thought that it was not enough of a workout. I was wrong! Even though it was many sets less than I was normally doing I really felt the work. I am so relieved that I have found this site. I think that with the people here and the support you all give I can finally reach my goals.
