So I am starting my set fitness program today after having just having been working out sapraticlly. I am using the program that the site has recommended for but I am curious to know how I should fiure out how much weight I should use for each set. I know the fatigue factor is going to be big for me as my muscle aren't used to doing this many reps. Any advice?
Pick a very very light weight at first. See how it feels. DO NOT BE AFRAID to not get all the reps on each set at first or for that matter at anytime. ALways strive to reach them but if your form fails becuase you are trying for that last rep, well then that is bad news.
