I foud some bread that actually doesn't have sugar added to it and was wondering if it could be consumed during a cutting phase. The nutrition facts are listed below:

Calories-60
Total fat- 1g
Sat Fat-0
Cholesterol-0
Sodium-100 mg
Total carbs- 11g
Fiber-5g
Sugars-0g
Protein-2g

Ingrediats- Whole Wheat Flour, skimmed milk, water, baking powder, salt.

What do you think.

yes fiber is great during cutting...fiber fills you up....making you feel less hungry with the fewer calories you're consuming....

I believe it's called Celtic Pride or Celtic Kitchen.

So, how much of this bread would be allowed on a cutting diet?

Bottom line...your daily caloric intake should dictate this. No one can tell you this.

What percent of a cutting diet should be carbs? Once I know that I can figure the rest out.
