On the exercise plan giving to me for free trainers I have a 4 day split. But during the 4 days each day I only do about 2-3 exercises...I know its all focusing on the same muscle but alot of people say its good to workout for 30-45minutes and even if you put in extra sets, warmups, stretches it deffintily won't take 30 minutes! So....?

Okey let's try to figure out this one.....

3 exercises of let's say 5 sets (with the warm up one)
One set takes what? one min to do? and you wait one min in between the sets soooooo that's at least 10 mins for one exercise SO 30 mins for three....... Warm up 7 mins and stretching 8 mins and it'll be 45 mins!

Hmmmmm (o; lol but I agree that 3 exercises for one day doesn't seem much at all.....

Can you cut and paste the program in so we can take a look at it?

Just as a datapoint, when registered under a 'beginner' my 3 day program (my longest day was Monday) took just over 1hr. Now as 'Intermediate' It takes over 1.5hrs on Monday... Thurs are about 1hr, Sat (legs) is the shortest, about 45mins.

Hmmmmm . . . two isolation exercises with four sets of high rep work each? Does sound more than a little low. Is this the only leg work on the dockett? I also don't like the fact that there's no compound movements on your leg day.

I'm using the 4 day split and on my legs day I have

quads
hams
calves

Are the calf exercises not showing on your program. It takes me about 30 minutes since I'm lifting heavy.
