I am at a healthy weight right now and i have been working on my abs but i need to loose body fat all around but im not sure how so if anyone can tell me somethings i can do to loose my body fat please let me no.

Bodyfat is lost due to a caloric deficit. this can be created in 3 ways, diet, exercise(energy expenditure), or a combination of the two. Normally this is the optimal way to proceed. Keep protein up to help retain lean muscle, work the muscle to keep it from atrophying, and have total calories as mentioned below maintenance from one or more of those 3 ways I mentioned. That is it, no magic.
