I just weighedmyself today at gnc while buying a total body cleansing program. How do you all stick to the diets and exercise i guess im a lost cause.36 years old 6'5" 366 pounds. Ihave a powerhouse gym , tredmill and free weights but they are collecting dust. Iam going to try giving it my all this time. Just wanted to say some of you alls before and after pictures are awesome. Any comitts you have would be greatful.

Floyd, I have a suggestion for you. Read EVERY single sticky on this site. Afterwards, ask questions. If you get the info and do it right, you will see results. And you are more likely to continue if that happens!!

Conan is right. There is a ton of information on the site.

Motivation is found in different ways and by different methods. Everybody has their own motivation.

I see in one of your photos there is a child there. Perhaps that is your motivation.
