please let me know anybody if I'm wrong but leg presses for the quadriceps, leg curls for the hamstrings & calf raises for the calves should do the trick.. I don't think you can easily target an inch of your lower body at time, rather targeting the entire area is a much wiser approach, also you would want to exercise your inner + outer thighs
