Amy ideas on how to tone the fat on the part of the knee thatis between your legs (below the thighs)?

please let me know anybody if I'm wrong but leg presses for the quadriceps, leg curls for the hamstrings & calf raises for the calves should do the trick..
I don't think you can easily target an inch of your lower body at time, rather targeting the entire area is a much wiser approach, also you would want to exercise your inner + outer thighs

Thanks, I do all of my workouts at home. Can any of these be done at home (I know calf raises can)?

You need to put on some cream and massage every night as well. This can help "breaking down" the toxins and get the fat going.
