I have a container of L-Glutamine that I got a while back. The container exired December 2005. Does this mean it won't work anymore, or can I still get away with not having to buy a new one?
It is probably as good as it was when new. :) Those dates are simply the dates normally that the retailer can sell it by. This does not mean the product is bad. If there is no moisture in it, seal intact, it is fine. Moisture would degrade any useful glutamine anyway after a period of time.
