Exercises that don't require weights

I am a martial artist and prefer to not use weights for my exercises I am trying to build my rectus abdominus and pectoralis majors and my calfs and quads and arms and whatever else i shoudl need to build up as a martial artist I fight competitively and for show(choreographed) Please help I woudl be intersted in workouts that don't require weights where my own body weight is used (pushups and pullups) whatever you can coem up with thanks in advance.

search bruce lee on the net- he didn't use much but his body weight and isometric style stuff did he?
a chair or a swiss ball will help give different angles to try each muscle at with sit ups, press ups. a chinning bar in a doorway- two chairs for dips. steps to do calf raises or a peice of chunky wood. surf web for isometric exercise and , use door frame jamb as the resistance on shoulder raises... go to a boot or garage sale and find an old bullworker or spenby

I think there is a program for at home, without equipment under fitness resources - check and see.
