Figured I'd post this in the appropriate section...
Please help! =)
I was scheduled to start my program on monday but won't be able to start until today. Should I start on the exercises for today, or use mondays excercises?
Also, if I want to add different excercises later on, do I have that ability with this program?

Easiest to just follow the schedule. Start on the exercises for today, and next week just keep it going and start with the one you missed.
