Hello again...

I'm doing the home exercise program from the site and I was inputing my info and then checked out the Exercise Progress Chart. I'm also doing the Ab Program and I was wondering how come the muscle bound figure won't let me click to see Ab progress... or do I have to sign on for a different exercise program?

Thanks!
Tim

Tim, I don't think the progress charts will show progress unless there are weights in the input section. This appears to be the case in the ones I have filled out. Hope this helps. An FAQ would be really cool as far as using the exercise and nutrition guides. There is also a difference in the way FT pro and FT free work computer-wise. For new folks out there... FT pro only means that you have payed the very reasonable fee to become a member, not that the FT pro person knows anymore than regular members.

What weight do you enter for the Twisting Crunches and Leg Tucks? How do you get the progress charts to work or do I need to upgrade to FTPro? I know there are some great benefits, but paying for something called FreeTrainer seems like an oxymoron.
