exercise plan?

Hey everyone. Just joined this today, and got my personal exercise plan, but... Why doesn't it include any cardio? All my plan includes is weight training, and I might be blind but I can't seem to find anywhere that it tells me what my cardio should be. Help!?? Thanks in advance. :)

I don't think any exercise plan on here includes cardio. I've tried 2 plans, the muscle mass and progressive gains ones and no cardio was put in. I think its meant for you to decide how much cardio you need and should do.

Ok, well it's not too hard for me to figure out the cardio myself. I was just wondering. :) Would love to get into running. And thanks for the welcome!

You can keep track of your cardio program. At the top of this page, click exercise program, then personal fitness progress at the bottom of that page, then cardiovascular charts. You can input your cardio each time you do it and it will graph it for you.
