Hi guys,I just wanted to know if the exercise plan in the "New Encylopedia of body building--Arnold"...is effective or not.How is it compared to the exercise plan given in this site?...If anyone is using the exercise plan in that book then please advice...thanks!!

Most exercise "plans" of any kind are good provided you actually do them! Arnold's is of course effective, but also so is this site with real live help any time you ask. The old Nike slogan applies, just do it! You have many knowledgeable people here 24 hours a day you can ask questions of and get answers and motivation. Follow the progam recomendations you choose that are supplies to you here. Welcome, and good luck to you.

Hi Jason, and welcome to the site.
Ditto to what bb1fit has said in the above post, any plan is better than NO plan.
Good luck with reaching your goals.
