Could someone answer one question for me please? If I work 2 or more bodyparts on the same day, should I finish all the exercises for one bodypart first before moving to the next, or do one for chest, then one for biceps, then another for chest and so on?
Most of the time do one whole body part first. This is very important to follow. Always do larger body parts first. As in you example do chest first then Biceps. this allows the larger muscle group to get the most out of the work....
