HI!! I've heard so many different info about this, so I am confused! Is it a good idea to weight train and then do a cardio workout without eating anything first?? I usually go workout at 8 a.m. and do not get home to eat until 10:30...is this doing more damage than good?
NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! You definately don't want to do this. Your body eats up your muscle in that situation. Always eat prior to exercise. Try some protein and low glycemic carbs. That added benefit is an increased intensity in your workouts.
