hello everyone, Im in desperate need to lose 180lbs,current weight is 370. My problem isnt just dieting its old injuries that ive been coping with since late 1998. I was hit by a truck that left me with a bad leg,arm and back problems. heavey lifting is out i can not walk long distances what type of cardio can i do that wont strain my leg to much.

You need to go more in detail with your injuries before anyone can give recommendations.

I'm sure you've heard this already, but the diet will be where most of your gains will come from. In fact, losing weight through diet can help to allow some injuries relief in a lot of cases.
