Hi all......just a quick question...My schedule allows me to work out mon-thurs....i have no time fri-sun. Should i work out all four days in a row?? Or take tues off and work out mon, wed and thurs???? Anyone with ideas??? Let me know. Thanks!! I'm currently doing weight training with cardio every time i work out.
I'll suggest you to weight train Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and then only do cardio on the Wednesday. 3 times of weight training a week is enough to get results.
