starting to get a little excess skin on stomach if i continue to do cardio will this get worse kind of at a standstill with working out i have seen pictures of excess skin nasty man..................
It might get a little worse but it should tighten up in time... just keep working out and it will even off eventually.. You can do a search on this and read some other posts about excess skin .. one post had this link .. -> http://www.rosemaryharrington.com/ .. so maybe that will make you more confident that it will eventually go away.. If not you can just try to fill it out with muscle once you reach your ideal bf%... and if your really really desperate you could use some of the gels or creams out there.. but that would only be temporary.. probably only for people prepping for a competition.. not sure.. the best thing you can do is just give it time.. where's philla I think she said something on this once before... and I hope no one suggests that surgery stuff...
I just pick up things here and there.. i'm bound to deal bad advice too.. like the other day I posted something about eating and then working out.. luckily though rp corrected me.. thats whats great about this board.. I didn't get "omg you don't know what your talking about.. blah blah blah".. and so on if I say something wrong.. as for the profile.. soon... very soon...
