Hello,
I work evry other week like 80/week, and then I am off the next week. During the work week I dont have energy to work out. I am 5'4" and 130lbs, I am trying to lose like 5lbs-8lbs, which is mainly on my stomach. Can I do an intense workout one week and rest the other. Any advice on routin eor anything, I will appreciate! I wanna lose this fat little stomach!

Yes, the trick is keeping your diet in order on your non workout weeks. You must still keep a caloric deficit to lose weight. If you take in the same intake as on days you work out(hard as you say), and this calorie amount is not allowing you to lose weight, then surely you will have to drop it on off days.
