Hi. I've just started your exercise programme. My only problem is that I dont have any access to gym equipment or a gym for that matter. I only have free weights! What must I do? What exercises can Ido for calves and legs without having to use gym machines? From mwdebz

if you have dumbells you can do free standing calves by standing on a step with your heels hanging off and weights in your hands for leggs walking lunges and squats can be done with dumbells. check the other post and did you sign up for ft workout? david

FT's home work out will work for you. You just have to say that you have only dumbells and then it'll be okey.

During your sign up (if you already did), you can opt to choose only free weights.

well when you design your exercise program make sure to click a check on free weights only....then the computer will do the rest for you. It's design workout program especially to your interests and needs.
