i work out at 5am everyday and have no problem making it through to lunch, but in between lunch and dinner i'm getting fairly tired. I obviously what to snack around 2pm to get me through, but are there any foods/snacks in particular which will give me the energy to get through the rest of the day? Unfortunately I can't take naps at work...or at least I haven't figured out how to pull it off yet!!
