i work out at 5am everyday and have no problem making it through to lunch, but in between lunch and dinner i'm getting fairly tired. I obviously what to snack around 2pm to get me through, but are there any foods/snacks in particular which will give me the energy to get through the rest of the day? Unfortunately I can't take naps at work...or at least I haven't figured out how to pull it off yet!!

What is your diet like? There is nothing ou there that will fill in for a good diet? What are you eating for lunch?

You don't need a snack but a real meal between lunch and dinner.......
What about some cottage cheese, chicken slices, celery or yogurt?!!!

Don't go for any fast sugar, it'll just give you more sugar cravings and get you tired.
