OK, this is embarrassing, but I have a question. I'm 44 in September and I am embarrassed to take off my shirt in public because I am developing man-breasts. Is it too late for me? Am I stuck with this problem for the rest of my life or will weight training help?

Training and diet will help. A lot of it is diet.

Hi im 13 5'5 and 220 pounds i would LOVE to lose weight before summber which is like in 3 months... does anybody know any good workouts? PLZ HELP!
and my goal is 120 pounds but i wanna wokr some off in the summer and i have to hurry because i dont want to become a diebetic and diebetes runs in my mom and dads family on the side, and my dad and his family has bad hearts and its in our genes now thanxs to the parents :/ but plz help!!!! if you know any workouts plz tell! skip the introduction of juss saying hello say workouts of what i can do! PLZ HELP!
