I have a persistant sharp pain in the outer forward part of my elbow (tennis but only on one side I guess) can anybody suggest any helpful exercises? thanks CaptBilly
Have you had it checked out by a doctor yet? Sharp pains usually aren't good. If it only hurts when you workout, then try wrapping it while excercising. That will help increase the hydrostatic of your elbow. This is why some people wrap their knees when they do squats.
Thanks I don't think I need a Dr. yet when I went to the Gym today I didn't do anything that hurt the least bit. If no improvmemnt soon I will get medical help. CaptBilly
