Hi all,i read somewere that for triceps mass excercise these two are very good, frence press and close grip benchpress.The thing is that when i try to do them i get pain in my left elbow so i want to know if you can help me find some other mass triceps ex, that i can try insted.

geiri - look under fitness resources , there is an exercise encyclopedia there.
Are you using a curl bar or a barbell? Are you keeping your wrists straight?

Skull Crushers, Heavy Weighted Dips, One Handed Overhead Extensions (go heavy..I grab a 90-100lbs Dumbbell)

skullcrushers are the french press.
Increase your weight gradually and avoid elbow tendonitis.
