i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF BOTH ARE A GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN ALSO IF U HAD TO CHOOSE FO PROTEIN WHAT WOULD U CHOOSE EGS WHITES OR HARD BOILED.....I EAT 3 HARD BOILED EGGS IN THE MONING FOR PROTEIN IS THAT OK......
If you have a lot of time on your hands eat about 8 hard boiled egg whites anytime of the day. The protien from eggs is great. But you can get the same amount of protien oout of about a cup of cottage cheese. (low fat) Check out the nutrition section on this site.

One big egg white is approximate 3.5 gr of protein (an entire egg is 7 gr) Now three egg whites in the morning really isn't much protein..... Eat the double!
