how can i eat more? at the moment having breakfast before 11am is one big struggle for me i have a 4 month old baby and her needs come way before mine and i always find i am eating breakfast around lunch time and then every other meal gets pushed back and i find myself eating dinner at 8 pm and hardly any lunch. i heard that this was bad and it could be apart of the reason why i am not losing weight all that well. what can i do?

I had the same problem....not a big breakfast eater...I had to force myself to eat it...now I wake up hnugry and ready to eat breakfast...took about a month...set a time that you are going to eat...and stick to it..wether you feel hungry or not...
