hey, can you tell me what is the big deal with eating late. and i wanted to know if i wanted to gain about 25 more pounds, should i be eating late?

If you want to gain 25lbs you should be eating all the time, every 2-3 hours. Just eat as clean as possible.

If your body needs nourishment, then feed it. There is no magic 'witching hour' where all of a sudden your digestive system shuts down and everything goes to fat.

This method about not eating past 6 or 8 pm or whatever number was and is simply a means of self imposed calorie deprivation. Somehow it 'grew legs' and became conventional wisdom.
