I'm pretty new on here and I got some questions that I need answered...FAST! I'm involved with the 12 week program on to gaining muscle mass. You see, I don't really have taste buds for good foods such as veggies and I don't really like any meat besides turkey and chicken. I don't know what to substitute in my diet to make up for all the lost vitamins and protein (i do take multi-vitamins). I wan't to lose all this fat on my stomach and get definition in my arms, chest, and shoulders. Can you give me some suggestions on healthy foods I could throw into my diet because right now, I'm really gettin sick of starvin myself, eating the same foods, and not getting any results...so good foods people? supplements? thank you...

Your taste buds will become accustomed to healthy foods, you may just need to find the right vegetables and the right preparation.
You will be alright eating chicken and turkey breast meat.
You could add in some peanut butter, whole grain/wheat bread, rice, wheat pasta, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, oatmeal, olive oil, nuts, berries, apples.
What about vegetable soup? Would you eat that? Healthy chioce makes some good vegetable soup.

Hehe. When it comes to eatting healthy you will find that your taste buds take a back seat to nutritional value. They want pizza... And you get tuna and lettuce :P.

- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
