i've noticed that when I eat a meal, I eat it fast, is it bad to eat fast?

If you are trying to gain, eating fast is the way to go. It is proven that it takes approximately (give or take) 20 minutes for your brain to get the signal that nutrition is coming. Therefore a smart thing to do is if dieting, eat slowly, if trying to gain eat fast.

bb1fit i have a question my mom drinks this dieting tea which makes her you know go to the toilet more haha, I Was wondering if thats a good way to deit along with eating the proteins and carbs you need each day?
