I am a morning person and sometimes I skip breakfast and go straight for the workout. Is that good or should I eat breakfast before working out and what should I eat?

If you have 80-100 lbs. to lose, then it really doesn't come into play. Fat is going to be your predominant fuel source any way you slice it.
So in your case, if you are not a person who becomes nauseated with eating before, or not eating before, then do whichever works best for you to that end.
Your workout is your vehicle to get there. Relaize though you while you burn a bit of fat during your workout, don't look at it as the be all end all of fat burning....Your goal is simply to expend calories in any way you can. Then what you do BETWEEN your workouts will determine your progress. I.E...calorie deficit. Your workout is the beginning of this.

Hey bb1fit, a question for you on this very subject. I'm currently 265 lbs a 72" height. So about 30% body fat at about 80 lbs of my weight (I think). Atleast that is how I understand it. Would this apply to me, the not eating before a cardio work out and if so the fat burned during that day's work out, is it not the bodies response to try and replenish that fat as soon as you eat? or should you have something, even fruit or vegies on the belly before a work out, maybe even a multi-vit?

If you are in a caloric deficit, pretty difficult to 'replenish' fat. Don't overthink things, your body is not looking to replenish fat. Makes no sense.
