Hi, I recently made a post about only using machines and working out in the morning. Well, I decided to join a real gym to achieve my goals. I joined Golds. Anyways, with work I find it easier if I work out at about 8:00 p.m. Now I plan on doing 30 minutes weight training then 30 minutes of cardio after weight training. Should I just drink a protein shake after I work out since i will be going to be around 11:30p.m.?

I think that will depend on your current condition. If you have alot of fat to lose, this may be a good option. But if you are pretty lean and trying to gain muscle, then your digestives system still is working at this time and your body needs recovery nourishment. So a solid meal may be in order after your protein shake.

I have alot of fat to lose. If its ok, i could go without anything after my workout. I started my diet last week, and my las meal has been at 6:30p.m. And I havent been starving myself...
