If your goal is to burn fat, I'd suggest you eat after your workout. If you eat before workout, you will use the energy from your meal. Therefore I wouldn't suggest it. Working out with an empty stomach forces your FAT to be used as energy. Your post-meal then can be used to replenish your muscle fuel, etc. Your metabolism is at your highest after a workout, so eat after!!! :) Hope that helps.
