Just thought I'd share this...
Decided to eat more frequently in an attempt to minimise my muscle loss until I'm allowed to do weights again
I resigned myself to the fact that I would probably put on a few pounds too
Shock horror! despite the fact that my calorie intake has increased I've started to lose weight at a rate of 1lb a week
Anyone struggling to shift a few pounds should try this - make sure you don't go more than 3 or 4 hours without a snack

i always find that if I go too long without something too eat, i eat too much when i do. I end up eating more through out the day, but its not these huge meals all at once.

Tell everyone you know!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is one of the hardest thing to convince 'dieters' of. You have to eat enough for your body to feel that there is a constant food supply and not store fat.
Keep up the good work!
-------------- "To be able to go to the gym and train hard is a joy and a privelege, even though the hard work necessitates driving yourself through considerable discomfort. Savor this privelege and blessing, and revel in it."

Another good thing to do is try to only eat when you are hungry. There is a hungry scale. From 0-10 0 being hungry and 10 being not hungry, rate yourself and from that try to eat accordingly. Like if you're a 5 then maybe have some grapes or something. if a 0-2 then maybe have a meal of some kind. I have tried this for the past couple weeks and its working. All it takes is self control. Also, try something like trim spa, or another kind of energy pill. they help you gain energy and help you crave less. :dumbbell:
