I did the Body for Life program, and I loved it. It is a great program to use if you want to really get into shape. Because of the whole Body for Life experience, i switched my college degree to Exercise science and technology and am working on my personal training certification. The one piece of advice I can give you is to never give up. Always aspire to be better than you are now, and DO NOT let other people's negative thoughts about you wanting to change affect you.
