Thought maybe that I could motivate someone by sharing these thoughts?
I use my work-outs to dump my stress. Sometimes I get very aggressive too. The more I put into my workout the better
I will feel when Im done.
Sure I work like everyone else has to, and dont have the time, "but I have learned to take the time" its for me, its #1. Its not a matter of being selfish-its just smart.
Let go of the hold me downs and open the door to the gym. Its a great way of life. Dont worry about what your freinds want-when they see what they are missing, they will come to join you; mine have.

I have always used sport as some sort of therapy......
Everytime I've felt sad, frustrated or other then I'd go out for a long run.
If I'm angry, oh yes weight training is absolutely great!! (o;
