Brother frosman, no question is a dumb one. The only dumb question is the one that is not asked. Know what I mean? Hay pushups are a great exercise not only for the chest but as you know for the tri's and shoulders as well. I'm sure you are aware of the different techniques. Have you ever tried Diamond pushups. What I mean is placing your thumb and forefinger together and pushing yourself from that position. Man, will that give your chest and tri's a workout. At work I would go in the back room and knock out 100 of 'em and walk around for the next 10-15 minutes still feeling the pump. To tell the truth doing that helped my tri's alot but you really don't want to over do it as your muscles do need time to recover. I need more time as I not as young as I use to be but those push ups are still great. Just thought I would comment for whatever it is worth. I like bb1fit's motto that If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything. Another thing brother froshman is that Rome was not built is a day so give yourself credit for what you do, keep it up and believe the gains will come.
