Can people list some good drinks to drink if ur trying to lose weight ..im mike i have a littile tummy u can say..like one little bottom roll....i work out but i want to know whats a good things to drink like..oj...cranberry juice,water,applejuice.etc please list drinks that u guys and girls drink in ur workouts! thank you

Water is probably the single best thing you can drink. That is basically all I drink now. Nothing wrong with having a glass of OJ, or other natural juice during the day either. Watch some juice thou as it can contain a lot of sugar, etc.

water is really good, if you want to change the taste up a bit, try some lemon in it. very good, also green teas are good as well as other teas.

Water, Water, Water. To switch it up a bit. Drink 100% friut juices. Oh, and yes, I agree with Ravenbeauty that green tea is good to. You don't have to add any sweetners to it and it taste good hot or cold.
